Delivery of service

Caracolix Media and HitMan does not provide Internet connectivity such us dial-up or other services for the purpose of using the service.
Caracolix Media and HitMan are not liable for connectivity or problems with between user's computers and it remote servers.

Software and service is provided Free of charge with complimentary 5 slots for all new accounts. No payment is required at any time for the use of the 5 or less slots. Payment is required for upgrading account to additional slots. The 5 free slot promotion can be discontinued at any time without advice nor obligations to the suscribers.
Termination of service and account deletion will be in order for free accounts which appear to be un-used for at least 30 days or that recorded no hits during that term.

Permitted use

HitMan software is to be used solely with HitMan's network services. No other use is permitted.
The software is to be used in the condition delivered by Caracolix Media and cannot be nor should it be modified in any way.
The software is to be run on a Windows 32 bit platform including some versions of windows NT and all XP platforms.
HitMan's logos and screens can be used in any web site for the purpose of gracefully advertising the service without asking permission to Caracolix Media.

Distribution

HitMan - Windows software - can only be distributed by it authorized dealers and software repositories. No payment is to be solicited for the download of the software to user's computer.

Liabilities

Caracolix Media and HitMan are not liable in any way for personal or commercial losses incurred as a consequence of using the services or software provided to use the services. The use of software is mandatory to access and to modify users remote data.
Since an Internet connection is necessary to access the services, user's must provide their own connection contracted by their chosen service providers. Caracolix Media and HitMan are not responsible of connectivity problems between that company Internet services and the HitMan network or other world wide services.
User's must keep their computer services updated at all times to guaranty a correct connectivity.
User's must be aware that computer viruses and other security attacks may compromise their connectivity and validity of data accessed by HitMan service. It is their responsibility to keep their computers clean and virus free.
Suscribers must take care of backing up regularly their records for any technical failure the software or any local or remote hardware may incur in their property either by damaging or rendering it unusable.
Caracolix Media and HitMan and any other service providers are not responsible for any damages or other situation not contemplated in this document.

Abuse of services

Users using the service in a way which may harm others or the HitMan's service and it computers or using the service in excess of their allowed quota are considered abusers and will suffer penalties as described below.

Caracolix Media may at their discretion disable individual HitMan's interfaces or penalize access to their services. Discontinue accounts at any time or contract legal services and law enforcement to prosecute such abusers. Abusers will be liable to fines and all other costs incurred to enforce these laws and rules.
