Falcon service is divided in two parts. One being the access to the information it supplies through the website and the second via the software package.

The web service is provided through the website, Falcon site via Caracolix Media hosting services and it contractors and providers.
The use of the web service is free to all visitors and can be linked from other sites without any compensation other than clearly displaying a link to Falcon home page (http://www.caracolix.com/falcon/) and a textual reference of this service and a description of it purpose which can be extracted or copied from Falcon service description at the home page.

The service provided via the software package can be accessed free of any charge for the purpose of collecting information on the user's website and server or from a third party that owns those rights and contracted the Falcon user for the explained purpose. All other use of the software is forbidden.
Caracolix Media can not be made liable by the use of the software or damages incurred by it use. Services and software is provided in an AS-IS basis which means the user is liable and fully responsible of it use and the damages material or others that it use may incur on his health or property. By using the software and services the user acknowledge understanding and fully agreement with these and other laws which may be included by Caracolix in the future.

The service of submission of reports to a Falcon Internet server is regulated by a paid subscription system. Users who wish to receive enhanced features of this service must pay an annual subscription which enables them the right to additional uploads to falcon servers. Provided the information is not tampered with in any way.

Users who infringe the fair uploads regulations or attempt to tamper with the software will be banned.

Online accounts: These are necessary to use Falcon remote servers. All accounts are created by human operator and are validated within 24 hrs of payment. Note your enhanced account will begin after you receive a welcome email from Falcon service. No personal information is required to open an account and all accounts are anonymous.
