A Ghost key is a special key type created with
Lockix PRO or ULT or OEM editions.
When some one creates this type of key the computer gets locked and the key is destroyed. At that stage that computer
is said to be ghosted.
To be able to use a ghosted computer you must unlock it first. To do so special software and additional information
is necessary. The software (unghoster) can be downloaded free here. The rest
of the necessary information must be retrieved from the party who locked the computer.
The Ghost key type is specialy useful for people who needs to send a computer by means of an untrusted carrier
or by mail or other courier service.
If some one gets ahold of a ghosted computer (i.e. found it, robbery, etc) he will not be able to unlock it just
with the unghoster.

If you find a computer with this sticker afixed to any of it sides, leave it there or return it to the authorities.
